The residence is as advertised - nothing fancy to the house but superb location over the beach. No, the house is not really full of your latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of room for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not a lot of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or spoil.
